AllDonation International — Terms of Service

1. Who we are
AllDonation ("we", "us") is a creator support platform operated by AMEDVC, corp., a company incorporated in the Republic of Korea, at alldonation.co.kr. This International zone (the "Service") allows supporters outside Korea to fund creators registered on AllDonation.
2. Accounts
International accounts are donor (supporter) accounts. Creator registration and creator payouts are not offered in the International zone. You may sign up with an email address and password, or through Google, Twitch, or Facebook. You must provide a valid email address and complete email verification (a 6-digit code valid for 10 minutes). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One person may hold one account, and accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not verify age at signup; by creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may ask you for proof of age where required by law or where we have reason to believe this requirement is not met, and may suspend accounts that do not meet it.
4. Balance and donations
The Service uses a prepaid balance model: you top up a balance and donate it to creators. Balances are denominated in Korean Won (KRW). Top-up availability and supported payment methods may vary by region and may be introduced progressively. Donations are voluntary payments made to support a creator — they are not purchases of goods or services, and do not entitle you to anything in return. Donations are final once delivered to the creator, except as required by law or as described in Section 5.
5. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes
Refund requests for unused balance are handled through the in-service inquiry channel. If a payment is disputed or charged back, we may freeze the corresponding balance and suspend related transactions while the dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent activity, including friendly fraud, may result in account suspension.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, payment fraud, money laundering, harassment of creators, or circumvention of verification. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in such conduct.
7. Account closure
You may request account closure at any time through the in-service inquiry channel. Statutory record-keeping obligations (for example, transaction records under applicable e-commerce and tax laws) may require us to retain certain data after closure.
8. Service and terms changes
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We may also update these terms; material changes will be announced in the Service before they take effect, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If these terms are translated, the English version prevails.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea — without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the laws of your country of residence.
