AllDonation International — Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 28, 2026
1. Data we collect
Email address, display name, country, language preference, social sign-in identifiers (provider and account ID), balance and transaction records, verification codes (stored only as one-way hashes), and, for fraud prevention, technical logs which may include IP addresses.
2. What we do not collect
We do not collect Korean resident registration data, Korean real-name verification data (CI/DI), or phone numbers at signup. A phone number may be requested later only for payment verification, with separate notice.
3. Purposes
Account management, donation delivery to creators, fraud and chargeback prevention, legal compliance, and support.
4. Sharing
Your donation display name and amounts are shared with the recipient creator. We use Amazon Web Services as our infrastructure provider. We do not sell personal data. If payment processing partners are engaged for top-ups, payment data will be shared with them only to the extent needed to process your payment, with notice in this policy.
5. International transfer
Data is processed and stored on servers located in the Republic of Korea (AWS Seoul region). By using the Service you acknowledge this transfer.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active. After closure, transaction records are retained as required by applicable e-commerce and tax laws, and then deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through the in-service inquiry channel or the contact below, subject to statutory retention obligations. Where your local law (such as the GDPR) grants additional rights — including data portability and the right to object — you may exercise them through the same channels.
8. Cookies and sessions
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service — a session cookie that keeps you signed in and short-lived security cookies used during social sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies in the International zone.
9. Security
Passwords are stored hashed; verification codes are stored as one-way hashes; data in transit is encrypted (TLS).
