QWhat is AllDonation International?

AllDonation International is the overseas donor zone of AllDonation, a Korean creator-support platform. It lets fans outside Korea send donations and live on-stream messages to Korean creators.

QWho can create an account?

Anyone aged 19 or older can join as a donor (supporter). Creator accounts are not offered in the International zone — creators sign up on our Korean site.

QHow do I sign up?

You can sign up with Google, Twitch, or Facebook, or with your email address. Email sign-up uses a one-time 6-digit verification code. We also ask for a display name and date of birth.

QDo I need Korean ID (real-name) verification or a Korean phone number?

No. Korean real-name (CI) verification and Korean phone numbers are not required for International accounts.

QWhat is DONE?

DONE is the balance you donate with. It is based on Korean won (KRW). You charge DONE first, then use it to send donations.

QHow do I charge DONE?

International card and wallet payments are currently being connected. Your account and balance are ready, and charging will open as soon as the payment connection is complete.

QCan I get a refund?

Refunds are available for unused DONE balance only, in line with our Terms of Service. Donations already sent to a creator are voluntary payments and cannot be refunded. Contact us via Help & support to request a refund.

QHow do I send a donation?

Open a creator's page (alldonation.co.kr/en/@creatorcode) or search for a creator on your donor page, choose an amount, write a message, and send. You need enough DONE balance.

QWill my message appear on the creator's stream?

Yes. Your display name and message appear live on the creator's broadcast overlay. Your real name and email are never shown.
